Refund and Returns Policy

At Resurrex Clothing Co., we are committed to providing quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. Please review our returns and refunds policy for details on how to handle exchanges, returns, and refunds.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Sale and clearance items are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, email us at mason@resurrexco.com with your order details and reason for the return. We will provide instructions and the return shipping address.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or not the correct size.
- A $5.95 repacking fee will apply for each returned item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will replace it with the requested size or a comparable alternative.
Please email mason@resurrexco.com with your exchange request and photo proof (if applicable).
Refunds
Refunds are issued as store credit only.
- Refunds are not available for sale or clearance items.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Customers will be notified of the approval or rejection of their refund.
Gift Returns
Our standard return policies apply to items purchased as gifts.
- If the gift was shipped directly to you, we will issue store credit for the value of the returned item.
- If the gift was not shipped directly to you, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Sale and clearance items
- Items that are worn, washed, or damaged due to improper care
- Items returned without original packaging
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email mason@resurrexco.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the defective or damaged item
We will notify you if your return is approved and provide further instructions.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after approval, please:
- Check your email and spam folders for confirmation.
- Contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
